Nothing but positive here, catered for a big group of us which can be difficult sometimes, food was great 👌🏻 let our party do a gender reveal outside, before our meals which was lovely ☺️ i think his name was dylan who was the main person serving us, what a gent and brilliant bar service from his happy self. credit where credit is due too, to one of the waiters i think was called “molly” very professional in all manners and did not stop making sure everyone on every table was enjoying there meal and didn’t need anything else, future manger right there i think :) great experience, jason ;)

Visited recently at lunch time and we all had the cod and chips off the main menu. generous portion and good quality fish. service was quick, even though it was busy there. they do now allow and cater for dogs, but only in one area; so if you don’t want to be sat close to others who have a dog with them just ask to be seated in a no dog area.

Very helpful staff, extremely polite and knowledgeable. hardly any wait for our drinks and meals. all food was hot, which is rare in some pubs. the food tasted lovely and we sent back four empty plates. first class on everything.

Went here on a saturday lunch time (12ish) walked in and didn't need to make a reservation which was great. found a table which was clean and tidy, the menu was already on the table along with all the sauces etc. went to the bar and ordered the food and drink, within 5 minutes we had our food, so quick to bring it out, the service was super fast, staff welcomed us, and acknowledged us as we left as well. food was piping hot and delicious. the place was clean and tidy throughout, food was great service was great.. nothing but 5 stars, would highly recommend a visit here!

I visited red kite recently and had quite a mixed experience. the food was acceptable, nothing out of the ordinary, but satisfying enough. however, it happened to be a quiz night, and the noise level was quite disruptive. the quiz was not only played inside but was also broadcasted on outside speakers, making it impossible to escape the continuous clamour. the service left something to be desired. we were informed that the wait time for food would be an hour, but that was not the case! this, coupled with the constant noise, dampened the overall atmosphere and experience. while the environment might be lively and enjoyable for those participating in the quiz, it may not be the best choice for those seeking a quiet, relaxed dinner. if you are considering a visit, it might be worth checking in advance if any events are scheduled for the evening.
