I had my second and third piercings on my ear today with Jan - she was absolutely brilliant and explained everything clearly about what she was going to do and I felt really informed and in good hands. Plus she’s such a lovely lady and lush to speak to. 100% would recommend if you want anything pierced - will be booking my next piercings in ASAP! X

Took my daughter to get her nose piercing. Jan was absolutely fantastic. Talked us through every stage. Everything was pristine clean and well laid out. Piercing has healed with no issues at all. Thank you so much.
