Gone downhill since its been hays travel , whenever you want to book a holiday with tui they always have to ring tui to book or make changes etc which they are on hold for hours , staff are great, always booked when it was tailor made , had no problems at all , won't be booking through hays in the future .

I booked a holiday to Cape Verde but since booking discovered that the resort is rife with severe sickness resulting in hospitalisations so decided not to go. Tui were refusing to allow me to change the destination so Hays helped me sort it out. They spent a huge amount of time on my behalf and did not take no for an answer despite Tui’s best efforts to refuse. I can’t fault the service I received and am very grateful for their help
