We have been booking with becky for a few years now, wouldn’t go anywhere else she knows exactly what we want so friendly and helpful . all the staff there are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you. credit to tui highly recommend. lovely shop refurbishment.

I always book my holidays via the castle court shop in caerphilly and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the excellent customer service, they consistently provide. i especially want to thank andrew and lynda who today went over and above to help me rearrange a holiday i had booked for the following year. you are a credit to your employers and a wonderful ambassador for tui.

Visited the tui shop in caerphilly last week. spoke to aaron who was fabulous. he was very knowledgeable about the holidays i was looking at, and gave great advice about the areas. booking was straight forward and quike. e-mail confirmation was prompt. really great service and would highly reccomend. 👏
