TUI Holiday Store

We have been booking with Becky for a few years now, wouldn’t go anywhere else she knows exactly what we want so friendly and helpful . All the staff there are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you. Credit to TUI highly recommend. Lovely shop refurbishment.

Every time we go through the Caerphilly Tui door the team there are so helpful with their knowledge and expertise. I always book my holidays via the Castle Court shop in Caerphilly and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the excellent customer service, they consistently provide. Visited the TUI shop in Caerphilly last week. Spoke to Aaron who was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable about the holidays I was looking at, and gave great advice about the areas.
