My wife and I recently had a sofa and set of four dining chairs recovered. The sofa was done in leather and the vintage chrome dining chairs in a synthetic material that closely matched the original. The materials used were perfect and the work was completed to a very high standard. All items look better than new. The company even lent us a sofa whilst ours was away being recovered. We would highly recommend New Look and would definitely use them again. A fair price was charged, given the work and quality materials involved.

Had a set of 6 oak dining chairs recovered (backs and seats) as they had gone rather shabby. Didn't want to buy new as would have been impossible to match with the oak table. Very happy with the fabric and the quality of the workmanship (also feeling rather smug with myself as re-use/recycling best option for the environment).

When I wanted my sofas re upholstered I was very nervous that I wouldn't find someone who could do them justice. Right from the start Yvonne from New Look gave me confidence that she knew her products and had the experience to do the job well. I have now had three sofas reupholstered and I can only say WOW....they are amazing, better than when I first had them from new. Nothing was too much trouble for Yvonne and her team, they were amazing, very helpful and very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough their work has exceeded all my expectations and I am one very very happy customer.

A lovely 'family feel' to this business. Great choice of fabrics. Nothing is too much and the end results were stunning. The door to door service was exceptionally efficient. I will definitely be using them again and am more them happy to recommend them to anyone. Great service, competitive pricing!
