Freedom Edits

Freedom have just blown me away from start to finish! Their customer service is second to none! They always do everything they can to help, and right from the start they absolutely nailed the editing - they took my crazy creative brain and somehow understood it from the get go, I was shocked and impressed, and I cried with relief. They take feedback extremely well and they actually listen. I've tried outsourcing my editing before with frustrating results leaving me feeling like it was just an impossible task, and then, I found Freedom! Fabulous service and real, friendship-level communication. I am beyond grateful for them!

I have been using Freedom edits for around 6 months now and have been so happy with their service. Their communication is excellent, the edits I've received back have been great and the few changes I've needed to make they've welcomed the feedback and adjusted accordingly.
