Took my A3 in as it had an issue with the alternator clutch pulley system. Got booked in with Surefix & was dealt with by Bob. Great customer service from Bob - he explained what they would be doing to fix it, likely cause & contacted me when it was done. He inspected other aspects of the car whilst it was in & advised me of some smaller issues & potential issues to address. Such a smooth process & trustworthy garage to deal with. I’ve used them for years now & I won’t go anywhere else because they’re not your average garage. They’re always honest & won’t get you to do work that isn’t required on your car. I need new tyres and brakes soon so I’ll be going back to them.

Needed a replacement battery delivered and fitting ASAP. The call out guys were amazing. Very helpful and quick and they checked everything in front of us. Danny managed to find us a good deal on a battery too. Very pleased and will defo use again. I can't fault them. Thankyou.

My Car needed major repairs doing, I brought it here based on previous google reviews and was not disappointed. The gentleman I dealt with was patient, kind and reassuring. The work was conducted quickly and at a very fair price. Can't recommend this place enough, I'll be choosing Surefix first in future for any works that need carrying out.

Called for a blown tyre at 1pm, drove away at 5pm good as new. Bob was really kind, understanding and helpful, even researching which tool I’d need to buy to online to keep in my car for emergencies. Really appreciated. An incredibly fair price too, will be coming back for all future car needs
