Fat tyre required tlc to keep me moving and the boys at giant halifax sorted it. great service as always.

Sorted my bike within the day, dropped off at luck and picked up at 5pm. the staff member i spoke to was prompt and friendly. thank you so much for sorting so quickly!! (also saved me a £300+ bill for something i did wrong with internal cables)

Update! best bike ive ever owned. absolutely fantastic. the guys in the shop are very relaxed. makes me want to buy all my gear and any upgrades from here.... very good service. decent blokes, very helpful. even though the first time i contacted them i was basically asking for advice on spending my bike2work scheme voucher in a competitors store. anyway, ended up coming to giant after all, my top choice for the fact they're in my town. they showed me the the perfect bike for my budget, better spec than the one i was enquiring about. at a sale price. top guys, great service. i'll let you know about the bike when it's delivered.

I took my son's bike for a service along with a creaking bottom bracket. i choose them based on the fact that our bike is a giant bike and the service cost the same as elsewhere. they carried out the service and fixed the creaking at no additional cost. excellent customer service, very reasonable costs, very knowledgeable and personable. i would highly recommend using halifax giant.
