Shay Cycles

Always go to shay cycles for bikes for my boys and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are really helpful and friendly. I love that you can part exchange your old bike too.

After seeing a post on Facebook for the offer of a free balance bike we jumped at the chance for our little girl. Went to collect it within an hour. Staff were super friendly and even sent me a message after to say it was lovely to see my little girls face light up on collection. She's just getting to grips with it but safe to say she loves it, so thankful for the generous gesture you've made a little girl very happy so thank you for that. We'll ve back when it's time to purchase the next stage bike

Super fast service of a child's bike, and very reasonable price. Friendly people too. Been once, will definitely go back if we need anything more bike related in the future.

Managed to mis-align the brakes whilst fitting the front wheel (me not the store), took it back for review and they could not have been more helpful and polite about the situation. Excellent service and very confident to buy more bikes from there.
