Hark at me. Here I am complaining about the extortionate price to repair my Z Fold 4 and giving any other options to a solution. Well, after hunting for literally ages, calling width and length of the United Kingdom I have found a company that is polite, understanding and honest. Who would have though that such a company that isn't motivated by ego and greed?! I surprised myself! From the point of first contact and throughout I have been treated with the utmost respect. I am absolutely clueless with phones in general but it seemed that every other company that I've called have either spoken to me like an idiot or tried to rip me off. Ever had that feeling? You're not alone. I spoke to to Jack and I could feel my anxiety mellowing out. He explained about my options in clear and concise English, no pressure, no fancy jargon and no attitude whatsoever.
