Booked jack as we want to use local trades. discussed replacement parts of our stove and he clearly understood our needs before visiting. his communication was great and arrived on time. i couldn’t believe how clean and meticulous he was throughout this visit, he clearly is a highly skilled professional and we would not only recommend him but also will use jack again.
