Stephen saved us yesterday by coming 'round, as an emergency, to replace our broken stove glass. Once more, fantastic customer service. It is our main source of heating so we are beyond grateful to him. Cannot recommend his business enough - amazed at his kindness and professionalism. THANK YOU!

Great service! Stephen came round and swept our chimney, which hadn’t been done in years. He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond! He ended up cleaning the stove aswell. Very reasonably priced for the time taken and the care and attention he paid. Would highly recommend would certainly use again!

Very professional service, very clean and lovely result. We had our two chimneys swept and log burners serviced and cleaned ( which I wasn't expecting so this was an added bonus!) Overall, great service which I have already recommended and will use again

Stephen and team have recently replaced our open fire with a new log burner. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work and Stephen did a great job at a fair price with nothing being too much of a problem. Our chimney wasn’t straight forward to deal with but he knew exactly what he was doing and worked with us without problem when we decided to change the fireplace a bit so we could retain the original features. Everything was sheeted up and left spotless. We’d had Stephen a few weeks before also to sweep our chimney on the fire and on our other burner and again efficient, prompt and left everything clean.
