I see Simon for maintenance adjustments after he fixed an extremely sore & immobile shoulder a few years ago. I had no idea of the benefits of a healthy spine, I do now. The whole practice is friendly, welcoming & very professional, can't recommend them highly enough.

I can't speak big enough volumes for Simon's practice and his amazing team I have been coming here regularly since February this year,I feel much better than I did,more mobile,flexible and feel I have more strength in my body as a whole. I was recommended Simon at Calderdale Chiropractor in Elland from a man I was talking to in the Sauna. After initial assessment and first tweak, I have a plan of 24 sessions due to feeling pain in hip from an ankle fracture over 2 years ago. I never considered how my spine and pelvis not being in line would affect so much more of my body. Simon is very knowledgeable about what he does, and his hands on care is second to none. The whole team are lovely and take time to listen when you arrive. I m currently just over half way through treatment and noticed my breathing ws better after 1st session, spine alignment is corrected and can't wait to see what the rest of my treatment brings. I also have some at home exercises which I try and do as advised.
