The booking process itself was extremely easy & quick. to book the house move in, i spoke to simon. he was very accommodating, understanding and replied very promptly. everything was organised for us, we had to do very little on our end. the two employees, ash and craig were lovely. very down to earth, professional and helpful. nothing was too much of a bother for them - both my partner and i recognise that this is a very tough manual job - the guys didn’t complain once, so helpful and understanding. honestly, i’m so happy i found this company. for context, a few other companies quoted me at least 1k for a house move whereas this was less than half of that. thanks so much.
