Great service, we had no lights in my house On the top floor, for a week, he kept his promise arrived on time thoroughly professional and insistent upon leaving it safe. Paul helped when I lost all power to the house. Talked me through a number of steps over the phone to diagnose the issue before incurring any call out fees. We were able to fix the issue over the phone. Which then meant when I offered to pay he said no, he was just happy to help. Great guy, thank you for helping me out on a Friday night.
