Second time we have used Wilkinson. Had to chase a few times, as buyers solicitors were draggig their feet. Then Christmas came, so took longer than I was expecting for sale to go through. Melanie and Igor were pleasant to deal with and Igor called me to sort queries from buyers solicitors. Ended up giving them a deadline, which they met. So thank you.

Highly Recommended!! I went with Rachel Hunt from Wilkinson Woodward after a recommendation. She quoted a very reasonable and competitive price. Originally I wasn't sure how good their conveyancing service was, but I was absolutely delighted and thankful for such a brilliant service. Rachel is the star of the show here - Throughout the whole process, she has been extremely professional, patient, fully keeping me posted all the time. At times, even though I was frustrated by the vendor unwilling to resolve certain issues, Rachel was with me every step of the way, constantly providing reassurance and brilliant advice. At this rate, Wilkinson Woodward should give her a pay rise! Thank you and keep up the great work Rachel!

Used this Firm for purchase/sale. Igors provided an excellent service. He was consistently available to respond to questions and answered his phone. I found him very easy to work with and he made the conveyancing process quite stress free.

Melanie has always sorted things out for us when we are buying/selling properties. She is very friendly and down to earth and always puts us at ease. She is now more like a friend which is nice as it makes the us feel comfortable and not just a transaction. Jess also helps us and makes sure the other bits and bats are tied up and keeps us safe.
