We approached bridgfords in halifax for a tenant finder service, for a buy-to-let property. from the outset, sarah broadbent and the team handled the process professionally and efficiently. we were kept updated throughout, queries were dealt with quickly and we were very impressed with how straightforward everything was. sarah in particular is extremely knowledgeable and we felt comfortable that our property was in good hands. we are now using bridgfords for a further 2 property lets. highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service by lee johnson! lee was recommended to us by a friend who had recently used lee’s service as a mortgage & protection consultant and we couldn’t be happier with his service. he made the whole process so simple for arranging our mortgage with the best lender, even moving his calendar around to ensure we got the best deal before the mortgage rates increased. he also arranged our home insurance so that we didn’t have to do anything ourselves. beyond that he is always available to speak to if you have queries and will even contact people on your behalf for surveys etc. if i could give more than five stars i would, lee is a credit to bridgfords and the profession as a whole!
