After having a few valuations we decided to go with charnock bates and they were amazing from start to finish. the photos were fabulous and the house sold in a week. we were then introduced to gill who took over the sales process, we had a completion deadline of 8 weeks and without doubt and without gills involvement wouldn't have happened as our buyers solicitors were very slow. gill you are a star and a credit to your profession. we can't thank you enough. if i can say one thing charnock bates are brilliant.

Charnock were the estate agent we bought from so weren’t our actual estate agent. however the service received (from gill in particular) was exceptional. knowledgeable, skilled negotiator, dedicated, friendly and above all excellent communication. the biggest frustration in house moving is when things stand still and you can’t get hold of people. gill is easy to reach and always pro-active in getting things resolved and keeping you up to date.
