Good morning i have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime and consequently have required the services of a considerable number of solicitors. i have to say brearleys (and in particular kath ogden), has been probably the best experience ever. sheer professionalism and kindness are rarely used in the same sentence - kath embodies both of those attributes. well done kath and well done brearleys for employing someone of that calibre. and brearleys - maybe you should consider giving the lady a pay rise. kind regards paddy mccreanor

Can’t speak highly enough of joanne and the team at brearleys. conveyancing on my new home was dealt with efficiently and promptly. queries and questions dealt with without having to make multiple requests or chase up answers. would highly recommend.

Initially i was a bit skeptical about having a conveyance solicitor who was so far away from me but i have to say after a shaky start where we couldn’t get the online portal to function chloe was very helpful & professional. she answered my questions in a timely manner & explained things. she replied to all emails really quickly & followed up on queries. although it was a long drawn out process chloe was extremely proactive in getting things moving. i don’t think that if it hadn’t been for chloe & her assistant emma that we would have completed when we did. i was also impressed that if i rang the office & no one answered somebody would call me back even when i didn’t leave a voicemail. i am finally in my new home & am very happy. thank you chloe & emma. 🍾🥂😃
