Good morning I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime and consequently have required the services of a considerable number of solicitors. I have to say Brearleys (and in particular Kath Ogden), has been probably the best experience ever. Sheer professionalism and kindness are rarely used in the same sentence - Kath embodies both of those attributes. Well done Kath and well done Brearleys for employing someone of that calibre. Initially I was a bit skeptical about having a conveyance solicitor who was so far away from me but I have to say after a shaky start where we couldn’t get the online portal to function Chloe was very helpful & professional. She answered my questions in a timely manner & explained things. She replied to all emails really quickly & followed up on queries. Although it was a long drawn out process Chloe was extremely proactive in getting things moving. I don’t think that if it hadn’t been for Chloe & her assistant Emma that we would have completed when we did. I was also impressed that if I rang the office & no one answered somebody would call me back even when I didn’t leave a voicemail. I am finally in my new home & am very happy.
