At a time when my emotions were all over, I found Springhead Funeral Services, especially Merv to be very supportive, professional and informative. He kept me updated every step of the way. We have been unfortunate to lose both of our dads in the space of a few months. When my dad passed away at the end of last year I wanted a local family business to handle his funeral as it's what he would have wanted and I found Springhead whom we had never dealt with before. Gillian and Lee were incredible as were the whole team and dad got an amazing yet respectful send off. When my father in law passed away only a few weeks ago, my wife Nic wanted no one else to handle his funeral and once again Springhead and in particular Gillian, were amazing. At a very sad time, when my emotions were all over the place and I had to arrange the funeral for my husband, Springhead Funeral Services and especially Nigel were very supportive, caring and professional in all aspects. Nothing was too much trouble. After explaining everything through laughter and tears (on my part), I came away knowing my husband would have the very best send off. I was also put in contact with the wonderful celebrant Sarah, who told my husbands life story just as he intended it to be. I cannot recommend Springhead enough.
