I started my care career with Bluebird Care, they taught me everything I know. I worked my way upto becoming a supervisor and learned so much. I only realised how much even I went elsewhere and this knowledge came.into fruition. I owe my knowledge and experience to these guys. Thank you very much

I have worked in care for a number of years, however Bluebird Care have been an amazing company to work for. The training is amazing and really does set you up to care for the service users. The office staff help you whenever you have any issues and they really do try and help with the work/life balance.

Iv worked for Bluebird now for a year and my experience as been phenomenal. Iv loved every moment right from the day I started training to e-learning .to getting out there and working with great care assistants who knows there job 1st hand. Helps one another where they can . Meeting customers and everyone with individual needs and care. Iv lots of empathy and good listening ear with full confidentiality. I’m always available to help. We have fantastic management who give full support. I myself have rung the office on many occasions and Iv had the best support a company can offer . Bluebird care is the best company Iv worked for. And I can’t thank them enough for getting me to the position I am today. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for friendly, experienced staff as this company offers great care plans with either 6 /12 months reviews . We get in touch with drs/ district nurses Pharmacist, hospital & drs appointments , social services and keeping family’s up to date. Short or ongoing care .

After looking into increased care options for my dad we got put in touch with Fran from Bluebird. Fran worked tirelessly to help us find the right level of care for our dad and kept in touch every step of the way. Although Bluebird weren't the company our care plan got assigned to I can safely say that if all the colleagues there put in half as much devotion into their work as Fran did for us, your loved ones are in very safe hands.
