Home Instead are a truly unique company in the care industry. The service they deliver is second to none, with carers and office staff who are compassionate and really care. I've seen first hand how much they value the personality and independence of their clients and they never stay less than an hour which really sets them aside. Love the company and love the team!

I am one of the caregivers at home instead an have been with them for now 3 year an just won caregiver of the year with them. I can honestly say the company has improved from when I started and keeps on improving just to be the best . The clients I meet have all been wonderful with a full range needs which training is given for . I've always revived good support from the care coordinators on the management team.

We were really happy with the service provided by Home Instead for mum. The carers were lovely and genuinely cared. Home Instead in Elland is a brilliant company to deal with - and they have such caring staff. Trying to navigate the care system is a bit of a minefield but I’ve had nothing but support from everyone so far. Also, the way the carers look after my Dad is wonderful. He’s had one going in every morning since last Nov. and she’s fantastic - so attentive and caring. Another has recently started to carry out a second visit on an evening and although I’ve not met him personally yet, Dad says he’s lovely too. It’s great he has the continuity of seeing the same people everyday and they care for Dad as an individual. It was a bit of struggle getting him to accept any help to begin with, as he doesn’t like change but I know he feels comfortable with the care he receives and I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone I’ve dealt with so far. Thanks for making a difficult situation easier!

Home instead provide my mum and dad with personal care and practical home care support. All The staff have been very skilled and experienced. They have engaged well with my mum who has dementia , and my dad who finds any change to people or routines very difficult . The team has certainly improved the quality of life both my parents. I would definitely recommend this service
