SureCare Calderdale and Kirklees

I am doing an apprenticeship with sure are Calderdale and Kirklees and the staff have been nothing but supportive and helpful to me since I started making me feel really comfortable. Everyone here really cares about the people they are providing care for and always ensure that the quality of everything in the business is at a high standard. I really enjoy working here.

I have worked as a Senior Care Coordinator at SureCare Calderdale and Kirklees. The management style is adaptable to cater to the needs of each and every service user and each carer that works within the company as a means of understanding them. Any feedback is taken on board in a positive manner as a means of supporting service users and how their independence can be promoted at each turn, and thus improving their quality of life. The team work very closely together to improve the current skill set carers have, offer them training on a monthly basis of anything they wish to learn about or achieve. I feel like I grew within the company, learnt a lot about myself, learnt how to self reflect. I felt as though I was listened to and my opinions and recommendations were taken on board. I would 100% recommend SureCare Calderdale and Kirklees to anyone who is in search for a trustworthy, compassionate and reliable home care provider.

I have felt extremely comfortable at SureCare Calderdale and Kirklees as a carer. The team are brilliant at listening to any concerns or issues we may have going on. I feel so happy to work with a company who delivers great care, shows commitment and passion towards service users. SureCare and Kirklees have made us as Carers feel valued. I feel the management are approachable and understanding to our situations or generally hearing us out. They go above and beyond for service users and the people we serve are great to work with. Everyone works as a team to get the job done, there is a good level of communication when something needs to be done. I can say nothing but positive words and I highly recommend you use their services.

It has been a pleasant experience to work with SureCare because they make us carers feel heard, all the time. The management team looks at every single staff comment very seriously.They are not only caring about the service users but also about us, the carers. They do regular assessments to confirm whether the service users are being met with the standard care and always motivate the staff to go above and beyond. It's a shame that I have to leave for personal reasons, but I'd definitely come back if the circumstances changed. Highly recommended.
