Wanted a ring re sizing for a wedding. I know this sounds simple but due to the square shape of the ring and the fact that parts of it were cut out it was far from a simple job. We had been told by two previous jewellers that they could not re size it. No so Franklin’s. They have done an amazing job. Couldn’t recommend more. I will be eternally grateful to the jeweller at Franklyns (sorry but I didn’t get your name).

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent bespoke gold torque bracelet designed and made by Emily . Although I have purchased various pieces of jewellery from Franklyns over a number of years and had family rings resized, cleaned and valued, I wasn’t aware that they offered design bespoke jewellery. Recently one of my favourite gold bracelets broke again and I was advised that another repair was not worth pursuing . As it had great sentimental value I was asked if I had considered having it redesigned : a brilliant idea ! On advice, I gathered together some other pieces of unwanted / broken gold jewellery/rings and Emily then designed and made me a beautiful new gold torque with inset diamonds from family rings. A fabulous and professional service !

I took an engagement ring and a wedding ring to be cleaned on the Friday before Christmas at 11am, using these rings to size up my wife’s finger size (sneaky I know) to buy an eternity ring, the young lady was very attentive and helpful in picking the perfect ring to complement the other two keeping within my budget, after a little negotiation. It was two big but they cut and resized it for me, I collected it at 3pm as I was flying off on holiday in the morning. What fantastic customer service and this is why I don’t have to look elsewhere, fantastic 👍

I've been taking my engagement and wedding rings to Franklyns to be polished for a few years, I decided to look into having an eternity ring made to sit on top of my engagement ring, there was nothing in the shop that fit around it so they made me one with the CAD system, my diamond and emerald eternity ring is beautiful, and thank you for polishing my rings at the same time, excellent service.

I would like to thank Nicky and Richard for designing and creating my daughter’s wedding ring ensuring she was very happy on the big day! My wife is also very delighted with her remodelled engagement ring- she loved the process from start to finish. Highly professional and very friendly service. We would highly recommend. No doubt we will be back again!!!!
