I called Halifax lock and key as my door was out of line and the lock wouldn't lock. Jim arrived within the hour and what a task he had. We ended up needing full realignment, new lock and handles. Jim was very friendly and professional and informed us all the way through what needed doing. Fabulous service. Very happy with the service we have received and will now not use anybody else.
