My options were fully explained. Ben carried out the lock replacement & spare key cutting & gave a detailed demo & advice on maintenance. He even fixed my badly aligned door without charge. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Spoke to Ben at 9am regarding my elderly mums front door lock he was professional easy to talk to and explained the pricing and products and said he would come out that morning. The work was carried out to a high standard but also he was so kind to my mum and had a really good chat with her she was very pleased with the whole service.
