Ordered a bed and mattress with a four week delivery time as expected for a handmade bed. Got a two hour time slot and updates from the driver during the day including a call to let me know I was the next stop and what time they are expected to arrive. Bed and mattress both assembled on the second floor. The guys were very personable and quick at assembly. Top service all round and the bed is so comfortable and luxurious. The price was also excellent. Would highly recommend to all.

Bed took months to arrive, had countless conversations with customer service who were not massively helpful. When the bed finally got to us, we quickly realised it was terrible quality. The middle legs are so much shorter than the legs on the exterior of the base that they don’t even touch the ground. Now the middle section is completely bent and our backs hurt from sleeping on an uneven surface. The legs around the outside of the frame are bending now as well, won’t be long before the bed is almost completely unusable. Wish we’d sent it back as soon as we received it. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Amazing service from start to finish. Great communication, delivery on the day I asked for. A call from the driver 30 mins before. I paid extra for assembly and I'm glad I did, they guys were fantastic. The build quality is exceptional. They took the cardboard with them after fit and even helped me unbox the mattress that I purchased separately and took that too! I'll be recommending everyone I know! Great products and service! We purchased the Lancaster 4 Piece Set in cream for our guest bedroom. Quick delivery date and time slot sent by text along with driver tracking link. The driver (Mauf), and his colleague, who also assembled the bedroom furniture, were very polite and respectful of our house. They asked us where we wanted the furniture positioning and put it all in place for us. All of the furniture packaging was taken away and the bedroom was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Bed Kings and would definitely buy from them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
