Dreams Halifax

I was very impressed with the service at Dreams in Halifax. Fiona was our "Sleep Expert" and was friendly, pleasant and informative. Fiona went through all the fine points of choosing a bed and then left us to wander round at our leisure. A very welcome cup of tea or coffee was offered.

Only visited to price up a bed, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Discussed various options, finally because of their helpfulness we finished up purchasing there and then. Would recommend.

Took my mum to look for a bed at the Halifax store, we were met by Andrew who was welcoming, asked if she would like to try the Sleepmatch machine and fully explained what it was. Then guided us to several beds and encouraged my mum to try the best mattresses for her until she found the perfect one. No rushing us. No pushy salesman but Andrew was on hand if we had any questions, he listened to what my mum wanted and when we were ready we sat down to go through everything again and place our order, we were offered a drinks and as my son was getting restless another staff member asked if he would like to try the sleep match machine- just while we were finishing the order. Thank you, we will be returning when we are ready to look for the next new bed.

I bought a bed and mattress from the Halifax store. Fiona was so helpful. She showed us a variety of beds and mattresses for our budget. She immediately knew the best mattresses for us. She gave us pillows to try the mattress. and I am really pleased with our purchase. We even got a cup of tea.
