Fantastic service from the staff in the shop. They were very friendly and not pushy at all. I popped in to the shop to enquire about the Three 5G broadband router. They answered all my technical questions which i couldn't find the answers online. I bought the 5G router, its been performing perfectly. They also gave me a tip to ensure my Samsung TV would work without buffering. I was served by Sylwia, she is a credit to your store and Three, please pass on my thanks. Thank you

Great service in the store. Adil was very helpful and he went through everything me that wss not explained when i rang three customer service team on the phone prior to my visit to the store. I went to find some deals to upgrade my contract. This gentleman approached me and ask about my phone, showed me few options for me to decide. He wasn't pushy at all, he allow me to take my time to make a decision and was very polite and professional. I think his name was Adil with glasses. I really liked the whole experience. I had an issue with my phone so I called three up the waiting time was so long and when I finally got a change to speak to someone he told me that he can't help because of some issues with system so I decided to go to the store and saw Sharukh the manager who welcomed me with a smile and sat me down. Then he when through with all my queries one by one and resolved all my issues. He was very professional and polite and served me very patiently. I will definitely recommend this store as they always help me out. Thank you 😊
