OMY Nails

Nail shape beautiful and staff are lovely but basically £50 for a bit of gel builder, a plastic nail stuck on and a bit of paint is a rip off. When booking my appointment I assumed the £48 included nail art but upon arrival was told I would have to pay more which I was confused about but happy to pay for someone’s skills however, for £48 I would have expected nail art be included considering the plastics nail that was stuck on was ever so slightly filed down and called ‘shaped’. I did not receive nail art as the artist ‘didn’t have time’ fair enough considering I hadn’t booked for nail art (to my surprise). I received multiple cuts to my hands from the nail artist aggressively filing and cutting my cuticles with clear evidence of blood she kept wiping onto a blue paper towel. The gel builder has been placed so messily I can see it under my nails and it looks awful. All in all very disappointed with the amount I had to pay in comparison to the work that was done, I had wanted to come here for quite some time but WILL NOT return and I have spoken to multiple people about my experience, they also will not use this business.

Love omy nails. Their service is top notch. The staff make you feel at home and have even helped me when I've had some personal issues. Always super friendly and welcoming

Had a nail emergency. I had travelled from Kent to Melksham for a wedding and had chipped most of my nails on my journey. As I couldn't go back to my salon for a repair, I booked in with one of the very talented ladies who sorted me out pronto. The service was so good, she only charged me £7.50 for the repair and pretty much redid all my nails, I was so pleased, shocked and grateful, that I left a tip. Their website has a lot of beautiful nail designs, and if I wasn't going to a wedding at the time, I would have gone for a bolder set of nail art. I will be booking in again the next time I travel up to visit relatives.

Lovely shop, nice friendly staff. I had the elim deluxe pedicure @ £55. Was ok but definitely not worth £55. No different to any other pedicures I've had and paid £25-30 Just stick with the standard one. How they can charge £55 for it I have no idea.

As always I’m stunned by the talent of the girls at OMYNails! Daisy photo is from July 2022 and Moons/Stars from July 2023. Great atmosphere, lovely staff, good value for money, and I always leave feeling great and loving my nails. My nail artist (Eve) took one look at my Moon & Stars inspo photo, I told her I wanted it in soft pinks and chose the colours, and she got it spot on! Definitely recommend.
