Ogden Water Country Park

Lovely place for a walk with some good options if you want to go further afield onto the moors etc. Well maintained by volunteers (they use old Christmas trees to build a fence around the water which smells lovely). Can get very busy on bank Holidays and weekends so I tend to avoid it at them times. Also has toilets and a small visitor shop. It's just a shame that there's so many dog walkers that either don't take doggy bags with them, or decide to bag it and dump it!!!

Nice walk, buggy friendly. £1 parking only. Visitor toilets are open only specific times.

A lovely area in Calderdale with natural beauty. It is a fantastic place to stroll around the reservoir with friends. Then rest and enjoy your homemade picnic. Or buy an ice cream before you leave .

Beautiful walk within stunning scenery. Been coming here since I was a child and just returned after about 10 years of not visiting. Just as stunning as I remember.

Lovely walk around the reservoir paths with the options to explore paths in the woods. Plenty of seats to just sit, relax and enjoy the views.
