She had a 3 day old new born baby in the house so the call out was urgent. We recently had a faulty cistern in our toilet, and I contacted the company through Messenger (on Facebook) on a Monday evening, not expecting to hear back from them till the following working day, but my message was replied almost immediately, and I was told that they will get back to me once they check their schedule at the office. Sam was sent over to look at the fault, and we were informed he had to order some parts in order to fix the problem. Stefan then came over to replace the faulty part for us in no time. All this time, Siann and Bianca were excellent and very prompt in responding to my messages to them. All was done very quickly and most importantly, efficiently. I feel very satisfied and confident dealing with them over the years because through their professionalism and assurance, I can see that they are very experienced in all things relating to plumbing and heating.
