As a tenant, i can't praise laura's company highly enough. i've been so impressed by the way i've been dealt with from the outset - laura has made what can be quite a difficult process quite painless, with her efficient, prompt management of all the paperwork. her warm professionalism inspires huge confidence. she clearly cares deeply about both her tenants & landlords & has a team of brilliant staff supporting her. i was particularly impressed recently with how quickly a minor plumbing issue was sorted out within hours of reporting it. courteous, respectful & brilliant at comm nicariing promptly - what more could you ask?!

I have been a tenant of ljf for 9 years, laura is extremely professional, she always keeps us up to date with everything, even when she’s ‘out of office’ we are sent alternative numbers for emergencies. should i ever have any problems i know that they will be dealt with immediately, laura goes above and beyond and i wouldn’t rent with anyone else. highly recommended.
