I've been so impressed by the way I've been dealt with from the outset - Laura has made what can be quite a difficult process quite painless, with her efficient, prompt management of all the paperwork. Her warm professionalism inspires huge confidence. She clearly cares deeply about both her tenants & landlords & has a team of brilliant staff supporting her. I was particularly impressed recently with how quickly a minor plumbing issue was sorted out within hours of reporting it.
