Could not fault the service provided by Dan and the Holden Smith team. Dan went above and beyond to help me and my partner during our move. He was very helpful, friendly and did not make us feel like you were being annoying if we had questions or needed something explaining. Dan was very easy to contact via email and kept in regular contact, he chased things as we required and was down to earth and easy to work with. Could not reccomend more.

Our first experience with Holden smith wasn’t great. We had to do a lot of chasing and the app didn’t work. Our solicitor then left the firm and we were not notified until I phoned the office asking to speak with someone, as I had no response from my email for around 2 weeks. When our case was taken over a lot of things our previous solicitor had told us had been done, hadn’t. However once the case was passed on to Brittany she was amazing! Every email was answered quickly and all issues were dealt with very quickly. If Brittany has the case from the beginning it would have been 5 stars! Thank you so much for everything!

Dan Hollingworth has been dealing with the sale of my house. He is always contactable and assists and answers any questions or queries I have. He is always very polite and professional. I have both bought and sold a property with Holden Smith, unfortunately 2 very different transactions. Dealing with Zenab at the Halifax office when selling my property was easy, she communicated with me every step of the way and explained what she needed from me. Dealing with Haleema & then Poppy at the Leeds office when purchasing a property was very frustrating, the communication was poor and I had to call constantly to get any sort of update from them, not sure I'd use them again in the future.

Dan and his team were always happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how small or silly they may have seemed. They were patient and offered advice. We've sold our house with them and decided to use the same team when buying a new property few months later as we were satisfied with the services offered.
