Can’t recommend this company enough. Professional and friendly from start to finish. They helped use move house. They knew what they were doing and they were cheerful throughout, even smiling when pushing the piano up the drive! If we ever need a removals again, these guys are getting a call. Thank you to Heaps and team for the wonderful stress free move. We moved from a stepped terrace in Hebden Bridge (c.42 steps) to a narrow street leading to our drive in Heptonstall and they just made it work without complaining. We also had a packing service and everything was packed very well and no damages or breakages. Our beds and other furniture were disassembled and assembled quickly and very well. The team of 5 were very chatty and in good spirits, and they picked up the packing boxes promptly. Kath in the office was also great at sorting all the logistics out and explaining the breakdown of the quotes. Very experienced team in the quirks of Hebden Bridge and the surroundings, and not a complaint from them. Thanks!

From asking for a quote to the actual date of removal, everything was first class. The office staff were very helpful with all the information that we needed. On the day, the vans arrived on the dot and the whole removal went like clockwork. All the chaps were polite and friendly and took all the stress off our shoulders. Excellent.
