Michael Wilson and Son came to do maintenance on the ridges on our roof. They were punctual, clean and tidy, professional and polite. They explained the work, demonstrated their workmanship afterwards and left the place immaculate after leaving. We were happy with and trust their work on our property. We will definitely use again.

We had a leak on our conservatory roof, contacted Michael Wilson & Son by phone the receptionist she said she would get someone to have a look at teatime. Chris came to inspect and located the problem. He managed to push the pain back into place. We have had heavy overnight rain and no leak, so hopefully problem solved. We would certainly recommend them, they were prompt, explained what the problem was. Emailed today to say any further problems to contact them. First class service.

Absolutely fantastic company. I was kept informed with a clear ETA. Arrived promptly and immediately investigated my leaky roof, located the issue and repaired it. The workmen were smartly dressed and very polite. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone !

Highly recommend this company. From first contact they were responsive and their representative who called to assess the job, Terry, came across as knowledgeable and honest - so much so that I cancelled the other companies I'd asked to quote and went with this one right away. They then kept good communication, turned up when they said they would, did the job they said they would do, and did it for the price quoted. Their guys on site were pleasant, diligent and tidy. Their office contact Ruth was a pleasure to communicate with. Even the scaffold company they used were friendly, tidy workers and easy to discuss things with. After having issues with previous builders, I can't tell you what a relief it was to work with a company that kept to schedule, kept to cost and did a great job. Very happy customers!

The team at Michael Wilson & Son are all fabulous! From the initial phone call to see if they were able to help, to the completion of the job was a first class experience. The staff are all polite, helpful and the lads on the actual job couldnt have been more helpful or respectful. Maybe the standard of my tea helped 😁. It took the worry and stress of a problematic roof and made it manageable! I would recommend them to everyone!!
