Can’t fault this company. For our service this week - received a reminder that a visit was due, booking was easy and accommodated my time preferences, engineer was on time, friendly, explained what he was going to do, was knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Halifax Security. They have been giving our house alarm an annual maintenance check for longer than I care to remember. Always a quick response, with a thorough and reliable service. More recently I thought I had obtained a good deal from another company for a CCTV system, this proved a big mistake. However following a photo call to Halifax Security a technician came the following day and completely reset and gave me thorough training on how to use the system. Highly recommended, courteous and very helpful technicians. Pity five is the maximum number of stars.

I had need to call them as my 82 year old mothers alarm was not working. I rang at 2.10 on a Friday afternoon. The lady on the phone was great she was swift and said she could send an engineer within an hour. Which she did. I was lucky on this occasion. By 4pm she had rung me back to say all sorted. I cannot fault this company and would not hesitate to recommend them in future. Excellent service.

Switched to this company having become unhappy with the service provided by my usual one. First maintenance visit today. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and did a very thorough job even explaining that there was a panic button hidden in the keyboard. Never been told this before, Would certainly recommend.

I have had Halifax security maintain my alarm system since the house was built around 12 years ago. All has gone smoothly with the annual inspections with good chaps doing the work. On the one occasion I needed a call out, they attended promptly and sorted the problem. A good locally based company.
