Copy of email to Berties - Hi Emma, The Family and friends had a lovely time at Jean's Celebration of Life. The staff were attentive and polite in their duties. The guests have spoken highly of the venue and the lovely buffet that was provided. Paul was helpful with food and drink arrangements and was also able to help us with the slide show and music on the Spotify playlists. Nothing was too much trouble. Great venue for our 80th Birthday Celebrations! Top quality food along with some good wines. Paul & Katie were excellent on the day of Venue. Jonathan is such a good chef and Roxanne was so helpful dealing with all we required towards having a good day which we all thoroughly enjoyed! Many thanks to all the staff at Bertie’s! Vicki & Tom

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Berties. The made our event for the Celebration of Life of our parents extra special. They could not do enough for us the professionalism and care and attention to detail was amazing . The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious .

Arranged a fantastic birthday party at No1 Brook Street. It was the perfect size for my group of 45. Roxanne was very helpful as we planned all the arrangements. The staff on the evening - especially Keith the DJ - were brilliant. The food was fabulous too- I've had loads of compliments since. Thanks to everyone at Berties - I would definitely consider using this venue again for an event xx

I would like to say a BIG thankyou to the Berties staff for the hire of the Cocktail Lounge on Saturday 13th May 2023 For my 60th Birthday Tea Party. 58 girl's in their 50's style outfit's. The food was delicious for the tea party. The evening buffet Pie, chips and beans spot on . The Bar staff , Dj and the catering staff. Thankyou. Mrs Jane Cummin xx
