I LOVE this salon. Hollie and her team are a complete dream team! She's a total professional and listens to what you want but has great vision and gives excellent advice for your hair. It's a local neighbourhood salon with central London expertise. They do marvellous things with your hair (all the stylists!). Their products are all vegan and cruelty free but they smell amazing and work really well. It's an absolute pleasure to get my hair done here each and every time.

Had the literal best hairdressing experience of my life at ReFresh! Hannah is a genius with colour, and everyone who works here is the loveliest. I'm allergic to most dyes and trying to blend my greys in a way that will eventually let them grow out. Plus I have super thick curly textured hair (2B/C) that is naturally black. Hannah listened carefully when I described what I tend to react to, did a patch test and took hair samples to test to make sure she could get me the colour I wanted. She also completely understood what I wanted from the cut, and I now have the curls of my dreams. This has never happened to me before and I'm rather overwhelmed. THANK YOU!

Had a great hairdressing experience. I’m new to very short hair and wanted to try an undercut. James fully understood what I wanted without giving him much information as I wasn’t sure of exactly what I wanted. He took really good care of my hair and it looks and feels great. I’ve had a very rough week and particularly bad day which ended up becomeing the highlight of my week. I definitely recommend!

I visited this salon today for a colour, cut and blow dry. I have bleached hair and wanted to move to something more subtle and toned down. Todd did an absolutely fantastic job and took so much care, and I could not be happier with the result. I could tell he really thought about what would work for my hair, gave great advice about general hair care as well. Overall 10/10. . I only wish I had found him sooner and I thoroughly recommend him and the salon. One very happy customer!
