Cycle King Cambridge

I popped in recently with a issue on my bike’s gears. Apparently by bike is a really old model and there’s only a few engineers left in Cambridge who know how to work with it, including one at Cycle King! As soon as I walked in a lovely member of the team came straight to me and brought the engineer out. They knew what the issue was immediately and brought a small part out to fix it, they then didn’t charge me for the job and I left within 5-10 mins! I’ve also bought different accessories from them in the past and they have lots of variety/are helpful with advising. Wonderful service, lovely staff, would definitely recommend.

I'm always happy with the service at Cycle King so take all my bikes there (whether that's my commuter, road bike, gravel bike or MTB). I really appreciate that they are super fast (1 day or less without appointment!), professional and fair-priced. And Ethan knows absolutely everything about bikes! :)

I noticed a loud creaking noise coming from the crank/chain of my bike and my gears were jammed in place so I thought it needed to be serviced or repaired. Brought it in to Cycle King as I was recommended the store by a colleague. Andy was super helpful and told me my bike didn't need to be repaired but just needed some oil. He put some oil on it and unjammed my gears for free! Now my bike is silent and rides like a new bike. If you're debating where to take your bike you should definitely go there! I'll be back for all my bike-related needs, Thanks!

Excellent service and advice. Went in for a repair, got a text back an hour later saying it was done. Very quick and at a great price. Staff are friendly and offer great advice on their products. Would highly recommend for any bicycle needs!

I bought my daughter’s bicycle here. Every time when we had a problem, they always fixed it very quickly. Today my daughter’s chains had some problem, James fix it right away with no charge. Ethan and Holly are super nice and friendly. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️
