Needed my gears on my new commuting bike sorting as they were skipping. i was recommended this shop! the recommendation was on point and jef fixed my bike within a few hours so now i can actually change gear! friendly and reasonably priced. definitely going back in the future to get my other bikes serviced 😊

30/5/23. very happy with bike repair service. i had asked for a quote on repairing my bike at a central cambridge retailer (who shall remain nameless) and was told £300. i am a student and can't afford that. here, i paid just under £130 including a handy bottle of bike oil. clean, ordered, independent bike shop with confident and friendly customer service. the five-star rating doesn't lie and it's worth perhaps travelling a bit out of town to go here.

Exceptional service, quick and at good price! i handed in my road bike to have chain and cassette replaced without booking an appointment. it was ready within a day, i was notified immediately and am very happy with the repair/replacement. huge thank you to life on a bike for this great experience.

Excellent service and super reasonably priced! i left my gravel bike with jef for some adjustments and it was ready for pickup within a few hours. he also gave me some tips for where to find good paths and gravel since i’m new in town. thanks so much for the friendly service!
