Smooth, trouble-free experience getting our old Luxaflex Duette blind repaired when the cord mechanism needed to be replaced. We couldn't fit the 3-metre-wide blind in our car and it was no problem for them to send a van to collect it. We took it down and wrapped it but they also added extra padding around it for greater protection during transport. Staff were dependable and courteous. They even installed the blind for us when they returned it. As good as new now!

Such an easy experience from measuring up to quote to fitting. The fitters were polite and left the area, cleaner than when they started. Really reasonably price and a lot cheaper than the fitted Laura Ashley blind they replaced. Very pleased with the service received and would happily use again

We have recently ordered window blinds to reduce unwanted solar heating in our south facing windows. J&L Ball supplied and fitted these expertly and we are very pleased with the results. We also bought an electrically operated awning, and again we are very pleased with this product and the service we received. There was a small problem with the sensitivity setting for the 'wind buffeting sensor' which was expertly dealt with over the phone. We can thoroughly recommend this family run firm.
