Anna is a fantastic baker and true professional with attention to detail; her background as a designer certainly shows in her cakes too. she made this delicious themed sponge cake for my work for international women's day and everyone was well impressed and commented how nice and tasty it was! i'd recommend her anytime and plan to use her services again.

Anna has created cakes to celebrate all my special occasions for more than a decade. usually i choose sponge type cakes. they have a light texture, always moist, with subtle flavours. but occasionally i have needed a rich fruit cake and anna is an expert at these too. anna’s talent for decorating cakes is breathtaking with intricate and individual designs. asked to make a caravan for the top of one cake, she produced a detailed replica of my own - ps much to the amazement of my party guests. i recommend anna for her cake making and personal decoration skills. maureen symons
