Good services given but at nearlly £85 a hour labour bit on expensive side but they do offer very smart electric cars as courtesy cars ( vw ups very small not really for familys i struggles getting my 2 kids and a buggy init did ask for somthing bigger second time but got confirmed they only have the ups aprently ) well knowlaged technicians so when taking that into consideration if like me you do need a free courtesy car aswell it ain't to bad these are a trustworthy garage and i do recommend them

Richard and andy and their team did a fantastic job on replacing heater matrix on my audi! no mean feat! couldn’t fault the service and, importantly, they were honest and efficient - 100% reliable and trustworthy. i collected the car yesterday after an exceptionally fast turnaround. won’t hesitate to use this garage in the future. well done on excellent, reliable service and efficient repair at a reasonable price, guys!

Richard arranged to collect my car and take it for a full inspection. the guys came back to me really quickly with what they found, i authorized the work and the car was delivered back to me. all the little details from the service i've never had other garages do. door hinges greased, screen wash topped up, air pressures done etc. really really chuffed with the guys here so i'll definitely be back.

Cowley road are a fantastic, trustworthy local garage. i've taken my car to them a number of times and they've always provided excellent, reliable service at a very competitive price. i won't take my car anywhere else now. highly recommended!
