Fone World

My first review - of anything. I have two teenage sons, who inexplicable drop/damage their phones once a month without fail. I have used Fone World each and every time. They are very friendly and have reassuringly resolved the issue every time swiftly and at competitive prices. They have even resolved the odd basic issue for free. I highly recommend their services to those with similar stories.

Hands down the best phone shop I have ever been to. Mohamed and his team were friendly, efficient, patient and unbelievably helpful. Not to mention the prices were incredibly competitive. The best thing? I walked in with a broken phone, Mohamed takes it from me there and then, gets the back off it, inspects it, cleans it, fixes the speaker, changes the battery, reseals it and replaces the protector. All within 10 mins while I wait! Amazing service. And super friendly guys. I cannot recommend this team more highly. And for those of you who like a little vape action, there’s a big old selection of those too!

The team managed to repair my smashed screen at a really competitive price. Took a bit longer than expected as it is an older phone and the screen had to be ordered in. Then it still wasn't working so they had to order in new parts. Finally fixed and charged the initial quote. Very happy to have the phone back. Thank you guys.
