I got an appointment with ablewight within four days of the initial call. james came out on time and was very polite and professional. i had problems with damp in the chimney and james diagnosed the issue and advised what remedial work was needed. he cleared out the flue opening and as the chimney didn’t need full cleaning, only charged me for a call-out. very good service. i would recommend.
Having used ablewight chimney services in the past, i know i can rely on them. james did an excellent job, rang to let me know when he was due and arrived on time. he was friendly and efficient and there was no mess or dust. i can thoroughly recommend them.
