I started seeing Sim after my neck seized up, and I hadn’t slept properly for a couple of weeks. Within a couple of sessions the acute pain and tension was relieved and I was sleeping well again. Through a course of additional sessions it became apparent that the regular headaches I’d been experiencing were back and neck related too, and over a few weeks of regular treatment my headaches faded and are now a distant memory. I also had bespoke orthopaedic inserts made for my shoes to treat daily foot pain. These were expensive, but have hugely improved my life and I would recommend these to anyone. I am delighted with the professionalism and skills of Sim, who is a miracle worker and an asset to the Milton practice. The reception staff are also very friendly, welcoming and professional. I can’t believe I put off professional help for so many years. I was carrying around issues that I didn’t realise weren’t normal and could be resolved. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I am a convert. Well done Sim, you’re a star.

Highly recommend, I've been seeing Sim Brar for a couple of months now. I've felt a massive improvement, my back is no longer causing me constant pain. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. There is also parking!

My experience with Miss Khai has been amazing. She's been very cooperative and effective. Her technique is amazing and she has made a difference in my lower back pain, my shoulders and my wrist.

Highly recommend! Khai has been amazing and very understanding as she was helping me with my lower back pain and made each session as relaxing as possible! My back pain hasn’t been nowhere near as bad as before since getting help which is such a relief. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
