I contacted Babylon IT solutions to repair a high quality laptop that had keyboard problems. The laptop has been repaired in a thoroughly professional manner. During the repair a problem with the battery was also spotted, so this was replaced. I have been impressed by the attention to detail, and appreciated the personal care taken.

Exceptional service. Was happy to keep hold of my PC for two months while I was abroad and then as soon as I was back the repairs (replacement HDD) were completed very quickly indeed. Managed to spill nail polish on my laptop. Let it dry then called up and it was great! The laptop is now basically as it was, he picked it up/dropped it off and it was very quick (much more efficient than the mac store where I've been previously!). Definitely worth the money knowing its in good hands.
