I approached Jonathan after my PC out of a sudden didn't want to switch on. Having had spoken with a few other suppliers locally, Jonathan stood out as he was very knowledgeable on the phone based on my description he could already see what could be the issue. His pricing is reasonable and way to approach the issue is pragmatic and made me as a customer very comfortable and we have formed a trusting relationship very quickly. I had a feeling that with Jonathan my PC will be fixed properly and timely. He delivered exactly that. Throughout Jonathan was very prompt in communication and he resolved the issue successfully. I'm travelling in the UK from NZ and urgently needed an upgrade to my laptop hard drive. Jonathan not only put in a new larger hard drive, he transferred all my data within 4 hours, and cleaned up the trojans. Spectacular service!

After spilling coffee on my Macbook, Apple said it was £1000 worth of repairs and even then I wouldn't get any data back. However , Jonathan managed to fix it and get all my documents back for a very reasonable price. It was all done in one day (at the weekend) too. Thank you so much!

Jonathan fixed my laptop in a day and also picked it up from my workplace as well as delivered it there when it was ready. There's no way I'd have been able to wait till the weekend to bring it and then wait till another one to collect it as I needed it urgently for my studies. Great service and job well done!
