Such wonderful customer service to support a small and growing business. we used another delivery service for a long time and were tired of slow returns, damage and inefficiencies, so we decided to swap. we are so glad we did, apc keep my customers parcels safe, they have been so helpful when i have inputted the wrong address, and my customers have complemented me on an improved service. i can't recommended highly enough.
Collected a vacuum cleaner for repair and later returned it from repair and had an excellent tracking system showing me exactly where the van was enabling me to go shopping before the delivery.
